How can I place an order with you?

Placing an order is simple! Start by sharing your requirements with us—whether it's wedding invitations, stationery, or any custom designs you need. Let us know the quantities, items, and any personalization you desire.

Once we receive your details, we’ll send you a quote in your local currency, including shipping charges.

For payment, we’ll send a link for 50% upfront, with the balance due before printing. After your payment, an order manager will be assigned to coordinate with you via email or WhatsApp. You'll receive a design proof for your approval, and we’ll make any necessary changes before printing and shipping your order.

Can I schedule a call to discuss my requirements?

Absolutely! We offer appointments to discuss your needs. We’ll fix a 30-minute call via Google Meets, considering time zone differences. Simply reach out to us, and we’ll arrange a time that works for you. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7:30 PM IST.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! We use DHL Express for global deliveries to destinations including the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Middle East, and more. To get a shipping estimate, just send us an enquiry with your order details.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The MOQ is 50 pieces per item.

Will I receive a proof before printing?

Yes, we’ll send you a proof for approval before printing. We include up to 3 rounds of revisions, ensuring everything is perfect before going to print.

Do you print guest names and addresses?

Yes, we can print guest names and addresses on your invitations for an additional charge. Just send us the list, and we’ll take care of the rest!

Can I add a Google Map link to my PDF E-Card?

Yes, we can include a Google Map link to your PDF e-card. Just provide the details, and we’ll add it for you.

Do you do printed invitations?

Yes, we offer printed invitations! The pricing for printed invites starts at Rs 375 per set, which includes three event leaflets and an envelope. A minimum order quantity of 50 sets is required, and prices may vary depending on the quantity. Let us know your preferences, and we’ll provide a detailed quote!

Where are you based?

We are located in Gurgaon, specifically at 421 Udyog Vihar Phase 4. If you’d like to visit, we’d love to have you! Alternatively, we can assist you remotely. Just let us know how we can help!

Typically, the process takes 5-7 business days from receiving your finalized brief. However, the timeline may vary based on the complexity of the design and any revisions. Once we get started, we’ll keep you updated on the progress and ensure we meet your timeline

Can I make changes to the design after I approve it?

Yes, you can make changes! After you receive the initial drafts, you’ll have the opportunity to request revisions until you’re satisfied with the design. For digital invitations, you can request changes to both static and video drafts before final approval.
